Visiting Istanbul and Sultanahmet
Good day everyone. Last week I visited the city of Istanbul and the famous Sultanahmet. Today I will show you photos. This has to be seen live, so fascinating.
Istanbul is one of the largest cities in the world and is known for its emperors and sultans and historical buildings. I'm mostly interested in seeing that when I come to Istanbul.
Today I visited the coastal area of Sultanahmet. The area is named for the Sultanahmet Mosque, better known as the Blue Mosque.
This area is home to many of the city’s other landmarks, inclu
ding the Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. It’s also home to the tomb of Sultan Hurrem. I’m no historian, but I learned about her from the famous Suleiman the Magnificent series
Sultanahmet is also well-stocked with everything from luxury hotels to restaurants and colorful markets.
I spent the rest of the day at the market, admiring everything. And my wife bought a lot of spices and decorations.
I will return to this city again.
