This is my Digital Photography Collection - Set 5

My Digital Photography Collection is about a new set of photos from my mobile phone with some digital manipulation, for that I'm only using Android apps like Snapseed and PicsArt.
There's no collage or image overlay, it all starts with a original photography and just use filters, color correction, saturation, bright, etc.

Disclaimer: I'm not a professional photographer not even a photography expert, I just like photography and will use some image editing apps and my taste to come up with some interesting photography, well.. Hope you enjoy it! 😊

The Whale Dive

This whale's tail is a sculpture in Carcavelos, Lisbon, where the Tagus River meets the Atlantic Ocean.
The photo was taken at that time when it is no longer day but not yet night. In this photo I wanted to preserve the warm colors of the end of the day that can still be seen in the corner of the image and the gradient of the deep blue of the whale's tail with the cold blue of the coming night.

The Mystery of Light

This photo was taken at the Cristo Rei monument in Almada, Lisbon.
Of course, there's no mystery or image trickery here. I was lucky enough to capture an optical phenomenon called Halo. The photo is pretty much as it was taken, I've just lightened a bit the monument.

Sunset Party

The stage is set and ready for the party to begin!
In this photo I wanted to highlight the warm colors of the sunset and the green of the Spotlight, party is light. Everything else is silhouettes, including the DJ, who at the time was my colleague, doing soundcheck.

Nishikigoi

This photo is a school of koi in a small water garden waiting for another piece of bread. I've hardly touched the original image, I've just given it a little touch of brightness and highlighted the reds.
