Turismo: Sendero Del Oso Frontino, Parque nacional Sierra Nevada. 🐻🏞️
Hello traveling community 🚌🎒 today I find myself sharing a new day after a few days of absence due to personal matters... But, I hope that you and yours are perfectly well today ☀️ I for my part share with you a space of the nature that you probably don't know 🏞️ is located in my country and is called senderos del Oso Frontino or also known as the bear route and is located in the sierra nevada national park,Venezuela. A place that i visit every time i have to attend a merideño tour, Certainly today I only show you a small space of everything that this park contains but small is not meaning of little importance on the contrary, it is really impressive and beautiful.
Hola comunidad viajera 🚌🎒 hoy me encuentro compartiendo un nuevo día luego de algunos días de ausencia por asuntos personales... Pero, deseo que tú y los tuyos se encuentren perfectamente bien el día de hoy ☀️ yo por mi parte comparto contigo un espacio de la naturaleza que probablemente no conoces 🏞️ está ubicado en mi país y se llama senderos del Oso Frontino o también conocido como la ruta del oso y está ubicado en el parque nacional de sierra nevada, Venezuela. Lugar que visitó cada vez que debo asistir a un tour merideño, ciertamente hoy solo te enseño un pequeño espacio de todo lo que contiene este parque pero lo pequeño no es significado de poca importancia al contrario, es realmente imponente y hermoso.
The adventure of visiting the spectacled bear trail begins on the third day of tourism already being installed in the town of Mérida, so it is easier to carry out the activity because tourists have adapted to the climate and to the hiking that we normally do. Because Our activities are 100% adventure in the mountains, some other activity is different and far from the mountain.
To get to the Oso Frontino trail we travel by bus 🚌 it takes us approximately 30 minutes to arrive and park the bus and thus start the walk, the place where the trail is located is called La Mucuy Alta. Because it was my first time attending the Mucuy Alta, I used my GPS and I marked the points as I went along the road so as not to have lost the day that corresponds to me doing the paramo tour alone.
La aventura para visitar el sendero del oso Frontino comienza el tercer día de turismo ya estando instalados en la localidad de Mérida por lo que resulta más sencillo realizar la actividad debido a que los turistas se han ido adaptando al clima y a los senderismos que normalmente realizamos porque nuestra actividades son 100% aventura en la montaña una que otra actividad es diferente y lejana a la montaña.
Para llegar al sendero del Oso Frontino nos transportamos en autobús 🚌 aproximadamente demoramos 30 minutos en llegar y parquear el bus y así comenzar la caminata, el lugar donde se encuentra el sendero se llama La Mucuy Alta, cabe resaltar que está la mucuy alta y mucuy baja. Debido a que era mi primera vez asisitiendo a la Mucuy Alta utilice mi GPS y fui marcando los punto a medida que transitaba el camino para así no tener perdida el día que me corresponda realizar el tour del páramo sola.
It should be noted that we did not witness any bears on the road, they were not present but we were able to walk the trail without any problem 🚶🏻♀️ where the bus leaves us is near the inparques house where we must register to be able to access the trail, we We register and start the walk together with the tourists. At the beginning, everything is a steep ascent, as you can see in the photos, it is a path with certain curves, but we are prepared with our first aid kit and also with enough water.
Also as we walk we can observe the signs with certain rules or names of the areas where we are at that moment, there the altitude is 2220 masl and the temperature between 13 and 14 degrees Celsius so it was something quite tolerable compared to other routes where the height is approximately 4180 meters above sea level.
Cabe resaltar que no presenciamos ningún oso en el camino, no estaban presente pero si pudimos recorrer el sendero sin problema alguno 🚶🏻♀️ dónde nos deja el autobús es cerca a la casa de inparques dónde debemos registrarnos para poder tener acceso al sendero, nos registramos e iniciamos la caminata junto con los turistas al principio todo es una subida empinada como puedes observar en las fotos es un camino con ciertas curvas pero vamos preparados con nuestro botiquín de primeros auxilios y también con suficiente agua.
También a medida que caminamos podemos observar los letreros con ciertas normas o nombres de las zonas donde estamos en ese momento, ahí la altitud es de 2220 msnm y la temperatura entre 13 y 14 grados centígrados por lo que era algo bastante tolerable comparado con otras rutas donde la altura es aproximadamente de 4180 msnm.
The walk lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes but it is because we make many stops because not all tourists have the same resistance, frankly I can say that I am already adapted to these activities so I feel good when I did them and nothing bad happens to me.
This space that you can see here is entirely for Spectacled bears and some other species that inhabit there, as the people from inparques told us, we could hardly see a Spectacled bear but we could see trees with scratches and above all they asked us not to cause damage in the area... They told us that the Spectacled bear is approximately 1.80 m tall up to 1.90 probably its color is blackish and it has a short snout and its food is clearly there in the great forest unfortunately the hunting of these years ago made reduction in its population which is something very sad and that is why a space was adapted for it.
La caminata dura aproximadamente 1 hora con 30 minutos pero es debido a que realizamos muchas paradas debido a que no todos los turistas tienen la misma resistencia, francamente puedo decir que ya estoy adaptada a estas actividades por lo que me siento bien cuando las realizó y no me sucede nada malo.
Este espacio que puedes observar aquí es totalmente del osos frontino y de algunas otras especies que habitan ahí, cómo nos indicaron las personas de inparques, difícilmente podríamos ver un oso Frontino pero si podríamos ver árboles con rasguños y sobretodo nos pidieron no causar daños en el área... Nos indicaron que el oso Frontino aproximadamente 1,80 m de altura hasta 1,90 probablemente su color es negruzca y tiene un hocico corto y su alimentación es netamente ahí en el gran bosque lamentablemente la cacería de estos años atrás hizo reducción en su población lo cual es algo muy triste y por eso se adecuo un espacio para el.
A large part of what we were able to observe was an impressive nature 🏞️ wild horses live there, they seemed educated to me, they just don't have owners... A small dog also did the guides with us 🐶 in our guides dogs are always present and that's something Very cute, they walk by our sides for many hours and they don't seem to care, on the contrary, they enjoy it a lot.
I think that one of the most beautiful things about all this is the nature that surrounds us, the animals that live there make everything very magical and beautiful.
Gran parte de lo que pudimos observar fue una naturaleza imponente 🏞️ ahí habitan caballos salvajes me parecieron educados solo que no tienen dueños... También la guiaturas la realizó con nosotros un pequeño perro 🐶 en nuestras guiaturas los perros siempre están presente y eso es algo muy lindo ellos caminan a nuestro lados por muchas horas y no parece importarles al contrario lo disfrutan mucho.
Creo que una de las cosas más lindas de todo esto es la naturaleza que nos rodea, los animales que viven ahí hacen que todo sea muy mágico y hermoso.
Finally we finish our route and we get the victorious photos as a team! My tourists were very happy, they expected to observe bears along the way, but that was not possible given the circumstances, the first time I have done this route and I can say that I have been satisfied as with all the ones I have participated in. I hope I have complied with the community rules and at the same time have shared with you a beautiful place that remains in your memory. ❤️
Finalmente terminamos nuestra ruta 🥳 y obtenemos las fotos victoriosas en equipo! Mis turistas estaban muy felices ellos esperaban observar osos en el camino pero eso no era posible dadas las circunstancias, primera vez que hago esta ruta y puedo decir que he quedado satisfecha como con todas las que he participado. Espero haber cumplido con las normas de la comunidad y al mismo tiempo haber compartido contigo un hermoso lugar que quede plasmado en tu memoria. ❤️
