I've made progress on my projects and have had time to share a little bit about the places I've visited here in Curitiba, Brazil, and that really makes me very excited. 🎒🚌🇧🇷

I had the pleasure of visiting a very beautiful space in Curitiba. Normally, when I was driving downtown, I used to see this memorial park, but I hadn't had the opportunity to go there, and finally, I did. I really enjoyed it because it's the kind of place I like to visit. What I'm talking about is Japan Square, which is located in the Agua Verde neighborhood and is close to the center, so various public transportation units can drop you off at its doors.
It's a 14,000-square-meter area surrounded by trees and flowers of different colors, which makes the place look even more resplendent.
He tenido el agrado de visitar un espcio muy lindo en Curitiba, normalmente cuando circulaba en direccion al centro solia ver este parque conmemorativo mas no habia tenido la oportunidad de ir a el y finalmente se pudo, lo fisfrute mucho la verdad porque es el tipo de lugares que me gusta conocer, de lo que estoy hablando es de La Plaza De Japon la cual se encuentra ubicada en el barrio agua verde y esta cercana al centro por lo que diferentes unidades de transporte publico pueden dejarte en sus puertas.
Es un area de 14.000 metros cuadrados rodeada de arboles y flores de diferentes colores lo que hace que el lugar se vea aun mas reluciente.
The plaza is a tribute to the Japanese immigrants who arrived in 1910. Its construction and design began in 1958 and was completed in 1962, with only a minor renovation in 1993. It is a public space. The plaza has 30 cherry trees shipped from Japan. It also has six artificial lakes, all of them of Japanese design, and a Buddha sculpture as a symbol of brotherhood between Japanese and Brazilian culture.
The recommended time to visit the plaza to enjoy its greatest splendor is in spring (September - October), when the cherry trees are in bloom.
La plaza es un homenaje a los inmigrantes japoneses que llegaron en 1910, su construccion y diseño fue iniciada en el año 1958 y finalizada en 1962 teniendo solo una pequeña reforma en 1993, es un espacio publico, la plaza posee 30 cerezos enviados desde japon, tambien cuenta con 6 lagos artificiales siendo estos de diseño japones contando con una escultura de buda como simbolo de hermandad entre la cultura japonesa y brasileña.
La fecha recomendable de visistar la plaza para disfrutar su mayor esplendor es en primavera (septiembre - octubre) cuando los cerezos estan floreciendo.
The plaza has a Hideo Handa Library specializing in Japanese literature. It also offers various activities, such as a tea ceremony held on specific dates announced by the library, an origami workshop, and a craft shop open every day of the week with beautiful, culturally appropriate souvenirs.
Traditional Japanese festivals are celebrated there, such as the Spring Festival and the Flower Festival, among others.
In my opinion, the plaza is a beautiful and comfortable space, offering complete tranquility. The day I visited was a Sunday, so the only souvenir shop open was the one I bought. There, I bought a wishing paper, made my request, and placed it on the wishing tree. I also bought a fortune cookie, and to my delight, it came with three pieces of paper inside, which made me very excited because they all had beautiful and comforting messages. I hope to visit the plaza in spring because I'm truly dying to see the cherry blossoms in bloom.
La plaza cuenta con una biblioteca Hideo Handa especializada en literatura Japonesa, tambien cuenta con diferentes actividades como la ceremonia del te la cual es realizada en fechas especificas publicadas por ellos, taller de origami, cuenta con una tienda de artesania que esta abierta todos los dias de la semana con souvenirs muy lindos y muy acordes a la cultura.
Se festejan los festivales tradicionales japoneses como el festival de primavera, festival de las flores entre otros...
La plaza en mi pensar es un espacio lindo y comodo, brinda una total tranquilidad, el dia que asisti fue un domingo por lo que solo encontre abierta la tienda de souvenirs ahi compre un papel de deseos e hice mi peticion y lo coloque en el arbol de deseos, tambien compre la galleta d ela fortuna y para mi dicha trajo tres papeles dentro lo cual me causo mucha emocion porque todos tenian un mensaje lindo y reconfortante, espero poder visitar la plaza en primavera porque la verdad muero por observar los cerezos floreciendo.

It's a very beautiful place, it's touching, and it looks like Japan. I love the picture of "Pagoda" and the flowers too. I am so surprised that a place like this exists in Brazil. I enjoyed reading it, it seemed that you brought me to that place with you. 🙂
A love how green it looks with those nice architectures and flowers. I'm always so amazed by a green scenery rather than those tall buildings. Looking at those pictures really made me feel closer to nature🤍
