Tourism: City Tour in Zipaquirá - Colombia. 🏘️🚃🇨🇴

For the people who follow my content daily or at least continuously, they know that I am currently in Colombia, my neighboring country 🇨🇴 due to a family reunion, so we are sharing many family moments and exploring this beautiful country.
Colombia has many destinations to visit and the one we recently chose is zipaquira since it has different and great attractions 🏘 when we found ourselves in zipaquira the package we chose included a city tour in a small bus 🚌 which lasted approximately 30 minutes and he would take you on a tour of the entire city, the bus was very picturesque and beautiful, so here are some photographs of this beauty that transported us to a magical place:
Para las personas que siguen mi contenido a diario o almenos continuamente saben que actualmente me encuentro en Colombia mi país vecino 🇨🇴 debido a un reencuentro familiar por lo que estamos compartiendo muchos momentos en familia y explorando este hermoso país.
Colombia tiene muchos destinos por visitar y el que escogimos recientemente es zipaquira ya que tiene diferentes y grandes atractivos 🏘 cuando nos encontramos en zipaquira en el paquete que escogimos incluía un city tour en un pequeño autobús 🚌 el cual tenía una duración de 30 minutos aproximadamente y te realizaba un recorrido por toda la ciudad, el autobús era muy pintoresco y bonito así que aquí algunas fotografías de esta belleza que nos transporto en un mágico lugar:

Para poder acceder al autobús debemos enseñar nuestro ticket que sería como nuestra puerta de acceso al momento de entregarlo nos asignan un brazalete de identificación color azul y nos asignan un puesto pero en esta ocasión escogimos los puestos de nuestra preferencia 🎫 es un autobús pequeño con 30 puestos aproximadamente (comodos) y con un parlante donde te van relatando los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad. ➡️
As I have mentioned Zipaquirá is a municipality belonging to Colombia to the department of Cundinamarca 🇨🇴 located on the outskirts of Bogotá, it has a cool climate of approximately 11 12 degrees Celsius so you will feel comfortable at all times. It is one of the most populated municipalities, so when starting the tour we can see the streets quite populated and also a majestic landscape 🌼 here it is very common to see many bicycles because the cycle path is very active in Colombia so they will be present anywhere .
Como he mencionado Zipaquirá es un municipio perteneciente a Colombia al departamento de Cundinamarca 🇨🇴 encontrándose a las afueras de Bogotá, tiene un clima fresco de aproximadamente 11 12 grados centígrados así que te sentirás cómodo en todo momento. Es uno de los municipios más poblados por lo que al momento de iniciar el recorrido podemos observar las calles bastantes pobladas y también un majestuoso paisaje 🌼 acá es muy común ver muchas bicicletas porque la ciclovía es muy activa en Colombia así que en cualquier parte estarán presente.
As the bus progressed we could see the municipality which is very picturesque, the colors of its businesses and residences are very striking, such as yellows, oranges, purples, intense colors that make it more attractive... How every municipality has its commerce quite a lot You find a variety from food sales to clothing sales, also spaces for games such as bowling.
Also, as we move on, the horn tells us a little about the history of Zipaquirá, how it is one of the most important salt exploitation centers in the country, which is why it is known as the salt capital of Colombia 🇨🇴 and that is why they have the salt cathedral which is among the seven wonders and is recognized worldwide and of which I will make a post later.
A medida que el autobús avanzaba podíamos observar el municipio el cual es muy pintoresca los colores de sus negocios y residencias son muy llamativos cómo amarillos, naranjas, morados, colores intensos que hacen que sea mas atractivos... Cómo todo municipio tiene su comercio bastante variado encuentras desde venta de comida hasta venta de ropa, también espacios para juegos como lo son los bolos.
También a medida que avanzamos la bocina nos relata a un poco de historia de Zipaquirá cómo que es uno de los principales centros de explotación de sal más importante del país por lo cual es conocida como la capital salinera de Colombia 🇨🇴 y por eso tienen la catedral de sal la cual se encuentra entre las siete maravillas y es reconocida a nivel mundial y de la cual haré una publicación más adelante.
Finally, to end the city tour, we observed two precious and important places such as the archaeological museum and the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity ⛪ the museum is a place that has pre-Columbian objects and pieces which belong to the national archaeological heritage are protected with the in order to preserve assets.
And without forgetting to mention the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, which is immense and beautiful, it is a temple of Catholic worship, it is located in the entire center of the municipality of Zipaquirá 🇨🇴 the incredible thing about this cathedral and what a wonder it caused me It was that the elaboration of this cathedral took 111 years. Incredible, right? But totally true.
Without a doubt Zipaquirá is a beautiful municipality, full of life, colors and a great history. So I 100% recommend this city tour because you will be pleasantly surprised to learn about this story that involves many many stories.
Por último ya para finalizar el city tour observamos dos lugares preciosos e importantes como lo son el museo arqueologico y la catedral de la Santísima Trinidad ⛪ el museo es un lugar que posee objetos y piezas precolombinas las cuales pertenecen al patrimonio arqueologico nacional se resguardan con el fin de preservar los patrimonios.
Y sin dejar de mencionar la catedral de la santísima Trinidad la cual es inmensa y hermosa es un templo de culto católico, está localizada en todo el centro del municipio de Zipaquirá 🇨🇴 lo increíble de esta catedral y que más asombro que causo en mi fue que la elaboración de esta catedral demoró 111 años ¿Increíble verdad? Pero totalmente cierto.
Sin duda alguna Zipaquirá es un municipio hermoso, lleno de vida, de colores y de una gran historia. Así que recomiendo un 100% este city tour porque te llevarás una grata sorpresa al conocer esta historia que envuelve muchas muchas historias.

You got a great job. I also worked in tourism for a while, but it was local. I just had to convince tourists to "take out boats" and got paid. It was more like hustling than actually getting into the landscape.
