Hello dear Hivers in the PhotoFeed community, today I would like to send you some photos of the ethnic minorities where I live. In the midst of the vast green forests of Mang Den, the Xo Dang people still maintain a simple lifestyle, closely connected to the mountains and forests. Every morning, smoke from the bamboo stoves rises from the stilt houses, the sound of roosters crowing, the sound of gongs and drums resounding in the harvest festival or in community activities. Men go to the fields to work, women weave, take care of children, pick wild vegetables, and children play happily by the stream, these images create a picture of a simple life full of joy.

For them, happiness is not material abundance, but the dinner with the whole family gathered around the fire, the community singing when the rice is ripe, the sacred belief contained in the sound of gongs and festivals. The Xo Dang people live slowly, in harmony with nature, and value neighborliness and community cohesion more than any other value.

I have also learned many lessons. The life of the Xo Dang people in Mang Den reminds us that happiness does not necessarily come from material excess, but lies in contentment, connection and appreciation of simple values. In the midst of the pressure of modern life, sometimes what we need is not to chase after far-fetched ambitions, but to stop and find joy in family and community bonds, and in moments of living in harmony with nature.

Thank you very much for taking time to read my post. I hope you enjoy it and have a nice day.

Such a beautiful reminder that happiness doesn’t come from things, but from people and connection. ❤️

That's truth, friend. Maybe the modern life makes us more complicated. The people in rural area they have a simple but, happy life.

People in the countryside may not be rich, but they are rich with natural resources and are genuinely happy which is shown in their smiles :)

It was nice reading this post to know how people are happy with whatever they have rather than running after material gains. These laughing faces sets an example for many.
