A peaceful weekend morning by the sea

How is your Sunday? Normally Sunday is everyone's day off, but because I'm working at a kids' summer camp, Sunday is like a weekday to me. It's been a long time since I had a day off, so I decided to return to the coastal city of Da Nang to visit my wife and home. Living and working in a mountainous area, I have missed the sea very much, so my wife and I got up early to be able to enjoy the sea air early in the morning. We woke up around 5am and rode our motorbikes up Hai Van Pass which is located right next to the sea where we were able to see the East Sea and the whole of Da Nang city.

Compared to the climate in the Mang Den mountains where I live and work, the temperature in Da Nang is higher because it is a coastal city. The feeling of riding a motorbike in the early morning along the coast is amazing. There is nothing better than driving in the early morning sun with the cool breeze from the sea carrying the taste of the ocean. While we were still driving on the road, the sun was already starting to rise over the horizon. The early morning sun was very big and red.

From the top of the pass, I was able to see the whole beautiful surrounding area. The early morning sun covered all the trees with a yellow color. The trees also seem more lush in the early morning. I like looking at trees early in the morning because they give me a lot of energy. It was such a lush and fresh feeling.

We then decided to stop at a cafe at the top of the pass to enjoy the fresh air and beauty of the surrounding area. Although it was only early in the morning, there were many other people already there with us. Everyone looks very happy. I like that atmosphere where everyone has positive energy.

And what I like most about it is the panoramic view of the surrounding area. From the cafe I was able to see the whole beautiful city of Da Nang. As you can see, our city is a coastal city with two separate parts, the mainland and Son Tra peninsula. That is also the reason the city attracts so many tourists every year. I was also able to clearly see the fishing boats still floating on the sea in the early morning. Sitting from above, sipping a cup of coffee, enjoying the early sunshine and cool breeze from the sea and admiring the beauty of the surrounding landscape, I can't wait to start a new day.
