A Memorable Day of Giving

Hi dear Hivers in PhotoFeed community, today I want to share some photos of our meaningful charity trip. In the hustle and bustle of modern society, people sometimes forget the true value of sharing. In the peaceful mountains of Mang Den, we cooked and gave gifts to ethnic minorities to bring them a little warmth.

We went to the market together and bought ingredients to cook beef and egg noodles, which is a favorite and easy-to-eat dish for many people. The total population of the village is about 64 people, according to the village chief. But we prepared more than 100 portions because some people might want to eat 2 portions. We felt that we were not just giving a meal, but also giving care, sharing and sincere affection. Ethnic minorities, when sitting together to enjoy a meal, not only receive enough food for their stomachs, but also clearly feel the companionship and love from the volunteers.

Likewise, the gifts given, which may just be a new pair of sandals, a few sets of clothes, or a small package of candy, bring great joy to the people. On the faces of children, happiness shines when receiving unexpected gifts, in the smiles of the elderly, there is warmth and gratitude. Behind that is the belief that they are not forgotten, that out there are still many people who care about their lives.

The joy of giving does not lie in the material value, but in the genuine emotions given and received. The giver feels happy when the recipient's eyes light up, and the recipient feels warm when he knows that he is loved. It is this connection that makes the atmosphere of the village more bustling, turning a normal day into a memorable day.
