Traveling to Paraná as a family

Paraná is a city close to ours that is 30 km away, it is the capital of the neighboring province and a nice place to visit on the weekend; we have a notable height difference between both cities, it is said that Paraná is 30 meters above Santa Fe.
To get to the neighboring city there are several ways, but the shortest is Route 168, which has a tunnel that crosses the river below. As crazy as it sounds, the route has a tunnel that crosses under the river and measures approximately 3 kilometers.
