Bread stuffed with cheese, tomato and oregano.

The truth is that cooking is not one of my virtues, nor am I passionate about it; however, some things I know how to do. For example, the stuffed breads that I show you below:..

The ingredients I used were:

500g of leavening wheat flour.

200ml of water (approximately).

1 spoon of sugar.

1 tablespoon of salt.

1 teaspoon of baking powder.

1 tablespoon of oil.

200g of hard white cheese (approximately).

Four (4) or five (5) medium-sized tomatoes.

Oregano powder or leaves, to taste.

In a container, mix the ingredients in question (flour, water, oil, yeast, sugar and salt).

It is kneaded until the result is a consistent dough, and said dough is left to rest for forty-five (45) minutes to one (1) hour.

Then, with a knife, chop the dough according to the size you want (the bigger the pieces of dough, the bigger the loaves, and vice versa).

Each piece of dough is stretched out on a tray and filled with cheese, some tomato wheels and oregano to taste

They are placed in a pan with a lid (without oil) over low heat until they are golden brown and they are seen to be ready (approximately five (5) to ten (10) minutes).

and ready! the breads stuffed with tomato, cheese and oregano are ready; they are left to rest for about ten minutes to cool down, and they will be ready to eat.
