Mango is a delicious and sweet fruit! Its excessive sweetness puts doctors and diabetic patients in a dilemma: "Should a diabetic eat mango?"

Some Indian studies have shed some light on it. It is found that moderate consumption of sweet mango didn't worsen the blood sugar status. On the contrary, the patient's glycemic status was better after eating mangoes!
