My Actifit Report Card: June 11 2023 - Playlist / プレイリスト

There was an event on Twitter to share the Spotify playlist for taking a walk.

少し前にTwitterで行われイベントに参加しました。STEPN用のSpotifyのプレイリストを共有するイベントです。

I've been avoiding using the earbuds while I take a walk because I have bad hearing in my right ear and it is a little scary not being able to hear the surrounding noise even with the earbuds without noise cancellation.
But I love listening to music so I made a playlist anyways and entered it.
I didn't win but it gave me a chance to rethink about using my earbuds. It wouldn't be so bad if I only wear one side...
So, today I set out for my daily walk with some of my favourite music.
The playlist is a little over 55 minutes long because I use the STEPN app to take a walk and I have 11 energy (credit to earn token) which gives 55 minutes.
I like rock/J-rock.
Wooo I'm a big fan of OneRepublic. Ryan Tedder has such a great voice and MAN WITH A MISSION! If you haven't heard of this band, you are missing out!

私は右耳が難聴気味でノイズキャンセリングなしのイヤホンを使っていても周囲の音が聞こえないのが怖くて、散歩中はイヤホンを使うのは避けていました。
でも、音楽を聴くのは好きなのでプレイリストを作って参加しました。
当選はしませんでしたが、イヤホンの使い方を見直すきっかけになりました。片方だけ装着するのも悪くないな...と。お散歩中も音楽が聴けた方が楽しいですし。
というわけで、今日はお気に入りの曲を聴きながらお散歩に出かけてみました。
プレイリストはSTEPN用に作ったので55分ちょっとです。11エネルギー（トークンを獲得できるクレジット）で55分なので…
ロック/Jロックが好きです。
OneRepublicの大ファンです。ライアン・テダーの声は最高です。そしてMAN WITH A MISSION！大好きです。絵を描く時はだいたいマンウィズです。

It was such a sunny day today. The sun was a bit too bright for me it gave me a headache later. Although, there were lots of things happening around my neighbourhood. It was nice to see people enjoying their time outside.

今日はとても晴れていました。私にはちょっと太陽が眩しすぎたくらいです。後で頭が痛くなりました。けれど街中がわいわい賑やかなのはいいですね。皆さん楽しそうでこちらも嬉しくなります。

I saw some film crews blocking the street for filming.

何かの撮影のために道が閉鎖されていました。バンクーバーではよく見かける風景です

My city is surrounded by water. There are many bridges around here.

海に囲まれたいるのでこの辺りは橋がたくさんあります。

I saw the fire truck dressed up for pride and many vehicles with things to haul their boat on the back.

プライドカラーの消防車や、ボートを運ぶものを後ろに付けた車を見かけました。

It was very windy. The wind was blowing the sand and I could feel it on my legs!
Beach volleyball, people on kayaks, and the swimming pool is open!
Wow, I hope the bright sun will bring better feelings for many of us.

とても風が強い日でビーチ近くは風で砂が飛ばされて脚にあたってイタイ🤣
ビーチバレー、カヤックに乗る人、そしてプール！
