La carga del odio | The burden of hatred

El odio existe con el pasado y el futuro.

El amor no necesita ni pasado ni futuro, existe en el presente.
El odio tiene su referencia en el pasado, si alguien ayer abuso de ti, cargas con ello como una herida, como un remanente. O temes que alguien vaya a abusar de ti mañana, te preparas para enfrentarte a ello.

No puedes odiar en el presente, intentalo y no podrás en absoluto. Intenta hoy: siéntate en silencio y odia a alguien en el presente,sin ninguna referencia del pasado o del futuro no puedes hacerlo por la propia naturaleza de las cosas. El odio solo puede existir si recuerdas el pasado, si alguien te hizo daño ayer si podrás odiar.

No obstante puedes amar...

El amor no necesita ninguna referencia. Esa es la belleza y la libertad del amor. 💘

Hate exists with the past and the future.

Love needs neither past nor future, it exists in the present.
Hatred has its reference in the past, if someone abused you yesterday, you carry it as a wound, as a remnant. Or you fear that someone will abuse you tomorrow, you prepare yourself to face it.
