An Update on my young blossoming coconut tree
Hello everyone, I so glad to be here in the #homesteading community, this is actually the first time I will be post here in this great community, I must say it a pleasure to be here, I want to sincerely appreciate the moderators of this community for creating this awesome platform where we farmers and gardener can share in our experience.
Guys, I'm here to share with you an update on my young blossom coconut fruit which I planted some years ago, as we all know coconut is a long lasting plant which definitely takes years before it can grow to maturity stage hence bearing fruit in a blossoming manner.
As a young farmer with the zeal I have for agriculture I love plantain fruit and veggies around the compound and coconut is one of the best dupes to plant around the house because it contains a lot of nutrients required for good and healthy living.
Coconut contains all most all the classes of food it has carbohydrates, protein, vitamin, minerals and water and we can get a this in just eating it, people use it just the oil for their meal, so just take the water content in it, while some eat both anyways, coconut nutrients is gotten. The water is a good source of energy that serves as an energy booster. Anyone running out of energy can take coconut water. It is also good for patients with high blood pressure because it reduces it.
Coconut extract and oil are also good for the body and hair, there are thousands of hair cream with coconut oil, and there are also body cream which is made of it too, so in which way you may chyto use it the good news is it is good for health.
We should plant coconut around our compounds, aside from the health benefits, it saves shade to some houses, and if planted in a commercial way it is a good source of income..
