There is something about reflections and urban settings that tells me which photo to select for editing in color or black and white. I'm not sure what it is, and it's probably because I'm more of an empirical than an academic “photographer.” Maybe it's the light, the shadows, the contrast, or what it conveys to me. I don't know, but I listen very carefully to that voice when taking and editing photos. Today I've prepared a series of street shots that range from reflections to urban scenes and architecture, a kind of second edition of the post I shared about three days ago.

One of my favorite places for this type of photo is undoubtedly Diagonal Norte and Plaza de Mayo, because of the design of its avenues and the iconic and historic buildings in the area.

This is a side view of the municipal palace building and a murky reflection of it on the tiles of the Plaza de Mayo. Behind the building, you can see others of significant and exquisite architecture.

People entering and exiting the Catedral subway station on line D. In the background you can see part of the dome of the "La Equitativa del Plata" building.

Pertutti... A famous and popular restaurant with tables on the street, located in a small space near the square that makes you feel like you're in France.

This is a pretty tricky angle, but I liked the result.

This is a photo of reflections with many elements to appreciate. Here you have the Cabildo building, the metropolitan cathedral, the towers of the provincial and Galician banks, and also a different and unusual view.

Finally, here are a couple of photos of the side and corner of the Buenos Aires legislature building, and below, a wide-angle shot of the facade of the Banco Argentino Uruguayo building.

I hope you enjoyed this series and I wish you a great day :)

That's all folks. Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.

Buenos Aires in these colors looks more like some some town in Poland in the winter. Really nice photos! Wish you high place in this challenge. 🙌🥰
