Street Photography and Subway Stations in Buenos Aires [ENG/ESP]

A few days ago I was thinking about the idea of taking some pictures of the entrances of some subway stations in Buenos Aires and sharing with you in different posts their aesthetics, design and appearance, as well as showing you some surroundings that may be interesting for those who do not know the city and the attractions that can be done in the vicinity of these stations.
In my most recent walk I went through 4 stations while making combinations between one and another.
Hace algunos días estuve pensando en la idea de tomarle algunas fotos a las entradas de algunas estaciones del subterráneo de Buenos Aires e ir compartiendo con ustedes en diferentes posts su estética, su diseño y su apariencia, además de mostrarles algunos alrededores que puedan ser interesantes para aquellos que no conocen la ciudad y los atractivos que puede hacer en las cercanías de estas estaciones.
En mi más reciente recorrido pasé por 4 estaciones mientras haciendo combinaciones entre una y otra.
We can mention in first place the station "Catedral", is one of the head stations of the D line and is located in the neighborhood of San Nicolas in an area called diagonal north. Here I took several shots and among them the main photo with a low angle, at ground level. You can see the large and imposing buildings in the background, the Bencich building with its twin domes and to the right the headquarters of the Chinese bank ICBC.
I took another picture of Florida Street where I walked before arriving at the station.
Podemos mencionar en primer lugar la estación "Catedral", es una de las estaciones cabeceras de la línea D y se encuentra en el barrio de San Nicolás en una zona que se llama diagonal norte. Acá hice varias tomas y entre ellas la foto principal con un ángulo bajo, al raz del suelo. Se pueden apreciar los grandes e imponentes edificios al fondo, el edificio Bencich con sus dos cupulas gemelas y a la derecha el edificio sede del banco chino ICBC.
Tomé otra foto de la calle florida por la que transité antes de llegar a la estación.
On the other hand, I show you what are the Peru and Congreso stations, both belonging to the A line. These stations are located in the neighborhood of Monserrat and have in their surroundings wonderful buildings and urban landscapes, squares, including the national congress, the famous building of the confectionery of the mill of which I took a shot from below with wide angle.
Por otra parte, les muestro lo que son las estaciones Perú y Congreso ambas pertenecientes a la línea A. Estás estaciones de encuentran en el barrio de Monserrat y tienen en sus alrededores maravillosos edificios y paisajes urbanos, plazas, entre ellas el congreso nacional, el famoso edificio de la confitería del molino del cual hice una toma desde muy abajo con gran angular.
Finally, I share with you the entrance of Ministro Carranza station of the D line which is a bit hidden and divides Santa Fe avenue with Cabildo avenue, almost in the limit of Palermo and Belgrano neighborhoods.
4 stations of the Buenos Aires subway with some attractions in its surroundings. Urban landscapes, different perspectives and low angles. I hope you like it 🙂
Para finalizar, les comparto la entrada de la estación Ministro Carranza de la línea D la cual está un poco escondida y que divide la avenida Santa Fe con la avenida Cabildo, casi en el límite de los barrios Palermo y Belgrano.
4 estaciones del subterráneo de Buenos Aires con algunos atractivos en sus alrededores. Paisajes urbanos, perspectivas diferentes y ángulos bajos. Espero les agrade 🙂
