Reopening of the Women's Bridge [ENG/ESP]
In Buenos Aires there are many structures that have particular designs, one of the most emblematic is the bridge of the woman in the neighborhood of Puerto Madero, which I had already mentioned in previous posts and that was under maintenance for how many months. It was recently reopened and the truth is that it has an excellent appearance, exterior painting and the floor was changed.
The day I was there there were many people despite being a weekday, because with this reopening many people want to visit the bridge.
I took the opportunity to take some different shots of this famous Argentinean structure, which by the way was designed by a Spanish architect, Santiago Calatrava. I took more detailed photos of some people walking on the bridge with a longer focal length, which offered me other ways to see the bridge and other perspectives.
In some of these photos you can see the stays that support the bridge since it is a suspension bridge, and I also took a photo of the other side of the bridge with another landscape in the background.
Today is December 24, a very festive date for many although as the years went by I particularly lost those commercial customs, so there will be no posts from me about Christmas 😅 but for those who do, I wish you to enjoy a lot especially with family and friends. En Buenos Aires hay muchas estructuras que tienen diseños particulares, uno de los más emblemáticos es el puente de la mujer en el barrio de Puerto Madero, el cual ya había mencionado en posts anteriores y que estuvo en mantenimiento por unos cuánto meses. Hace poco fue la reapertura y la verdad es que tiene una excelente apariencia, pintura en exteriores y el piso fue cambiado.
El día que estuve allí habían muchas personas a pesar de ser un día de semana, pues con esta reapertura muchos quieren visitar el puente.
Aproveché de hacer algunas tomas diferentes a la que he hecho de ésta famosa estructura argentina, que por cierto fue diseñada por un arquitecto español, Santiago Calatrava. Tomé fotos más a detalle de algunas personas caminando sobre el puente con una mayor distancia focal, lo que me ofreció otras maneras de ver el puente y otras perspectivas.
En algunas de éstas fotos se puede observar los tirantes que sostienen el puente ya que es un puente colgante, así como también tome una foto del otro lado del puente poniéndose observar otro paisaje de fondo.
Hoy en 24 de diciembre, fecha muy festiva para muchos aunque a medida que pasaron los años yo particularmente fui perdiendo esas costumbres comerciales, así que no habrán posts de mi parte sobre la navidad 😅 pero para aquellos que si, les deseo que disfruten mucho sobretodo de la familia y los amigos.
