This is a second series of calisthenics photos we took to promote my friend's work as a trainer. Black and white always gives you a different perspective and way of seeing things, a different expression, so today I'm sharing these photos with you.

In fact, this has been one of the most enjoyable and easy sessions I've ever done. I never saw it as work nor were we looking for amazing shots. We just enjoy the day, an afternoon of exercises and some photos, for this reason everything here is spontaneous.

This is a friend I've known for many years and discipline and perseverance have led him on a good path in relation to physical change.

We both have personal projects in this regard, and it's a pleasure to support him in this project, in which he wants to make himself known and generate change in others.

I hope to be able to make more content like this in the future as it is something different for me and the experience was enjoyable.
