A Photographic Outing Interrupted | Monomad Challenge [ENG/ESP]
I have a little story to tell you.... Today I had decided to take some pictures in the courthouse area and highlight the buildings and the neoclassical architecture of the place, the Colón theater, its Doric style columns and the urbanism itself, street photography, the surroundings of Lavalle square and the passers-by. I had packed my camera and two lenses, everything was perfect, when I left work I went directly to the Tribunales station of the D line that took me one block away from where I wanted to be.
Excited for these captures because I already had in mind that they would be in black and white especially for this great community, I had the 70-300mm lens attached and went out to the streets to "hunt" moments.
I took my first 6 pictures, then the camera stopped working, it wouldn't shoot..... well it had run out of battery 😑😒🤣 but at least I was able to get 6 images to share with you, among them is one of the architectural details of the Roque Saenz Peña school, photo taken from one of the entrances of the Colón theater and another of the top of the imposing courthouse building.
I also captured some people walking along these streets. As they say over there... It's not much but it's honest work 😅 I hope you guys like them! This is my entry for the monomad challenge today and I owe you a good tour for next time 🙏🏻

Tengo una pequeña historia que contarles... El día de hoy había decidido hacer algunas fotos en la zona de los tribunales y resaltar los edificios y la arquitectura neoclasica del lugar, el teatro Colón, sus columnas de estilo dórico y el urbanismo en sí, fotografía de calle, los alrededores de la plaza Lavalle y los transeúntes. Había guardado mi cámara y dos lentes, estaba todo perfecto, cuando salí del trabajo fuí directamente a la estación Tribunales de la línea D que me llevó a una cuadra de dónde quería estar.
Emocionado por éstas capturas porque ya tenía en mente que serían en blanco y negro especialmente para ésta genial comunidad, tenía colocado el lente 70-300mm y salí a las calles a "cazar" momentos.
Tomé mis primeras 6 fotos, luego la cámara dejó de funcionar, no disparaba... bueno se había agotado la batería 😑😒🤣 pero al menos pude obtener 6 imágenes para compartir con ustedes, entre ellas se encuentra una de los detalles de arquitectura de la escuela Roque Sáenz Peña, foto tomada desde una de las entradas del teatro Colón y otra de la parte superior del imponente edificio de los tribunales.
Además también capturé a algunas personas caminando por estas calles. Cómo dicen por allí... No es mucho pero es trabajo honesto 😅 Espero que sean de su agrado, chicos! Ésta es mi entrada para el reto monomad el día de hoy y les debo un buen recorrido para la próxima ocasión 🙏🏻
