Wonder woman from the downtown river 📷 Monomad Challenge

I call them "wonder women" from the Downtown river, this is because of their perseverance who work as traditional oyster farmers in my city. The majority of coastal women in my city are not familiar with more modern oyster farming methods like those in a number of developed countries.

There are actually various stories, it's not that there are no pioneers of modern oyster farming here, but perhaps the culture and needs of people who don't have permanent jobs could become a new problem.

These women have been traditional oyster farmers for years, some have even been hereditary. On average, they are people who are economically disadvantaged. So traditional oyster farming has become a sustainable livelihood.

Modern oyster farming methods could be applied to these great women, but the government must be able to accompany their activities and develop them into professional oyster farmers.

However, this is difficult to realize in my country, apart from corruption which has become an obligatory task for officials, people who are already apathetic also feel alone in finding their jobs.

Wonder Woman does this traditional oyster farming in my city from 02.00 to 07.00 PM in the evening. They have to submerge themselves for hours in the water to get the oysters they look for on the riverbank.
