Icon of the City 📷 Monomad Challenge

We call it as the "Icon of the City." Yes, this magnificent mosque in Lhokseumawe City is known as the Grand Mosque of the Islamic Center, a religious and cultural icon of Lhokseumawe City. Built in 2001, the magnificent building is Middle Eastern-style, adorned with a beautiful dome.

This morning I was at the downtown reservoir. From here, the building stood majestically, and I used it as a background to photograph the fishermen's activities there. The Lhokseumawe Islamic Center is not only a magnificent mosque, but also a symbol of social, cultural, and educational excellence. With its stunning architecture, it has become an icon of my city today. So, when I took a picture with that background, people already knew that it was taken in Lhokseumawe city.

I tried to capture some images and make them as entries in this Monomad Challenge. Hopefully these images will get support from friends in the Black and White community.
