Shadow Hunters / SMASh Contest - Round 265 - my Entry "Shadow on the goat"

Hello everybody,

my this weeks contribution to the Shadow Hunters/SMASh Contest 265 of @melinda010100 is a "Shadow on the goat".

I took the photo in the Haidachhof from Brandenberg, the so-called Tirolerhof in the Schönbrunn Zoo. The building in which the goat is housed was originally built in 1722 and is an original, two-story Alpine farmhouse from the Lower Inn Valley under monument conservation, which was carefully dismantled and moved to Schönbrunn Zoo in Vienna in 1994. The Tirolerhof consists of a residential wing and a stable and farm building and is home to numerous breeds of domestic animals that are typical of the Alpine region and are threatened with extinction.

The domestic goat in the photo is a Taurine Alpine goat, an unfortunately highly endangered mountain goat breed, which was originally kept in the Tauern region.

mein dieswöchiger Beitrag zum Shadow Hunters/SMASh Contest 265 von @melinda010100 ist ein "Schatten auf der Ziege".

Das Foto habe ich im Haidachhof aus Brandenberg, dem sogenannten Tirolerhof im Tiergarten Schönbrunn gemacht. Das Gebäude, in dessen Stallung die Ziege untergebracht ist, wurde ursprünglich 1722 errichtet und ist ein orignaler denkmalgeschützter zweigeschossiger Unterinntaler Einhof, der sorgsam abgebaut und 1994 in den Tiergarten Schönbrunn in Wien übersiedelt wurde. Der Tirolerhof besteht aus einem Wohntrakt und einem Stall- und Wirtschaftsgebäude und beherrbergt zahlreiche für die Alpenregion typische und vom Aussterben bedrohte Haustierrassen.

Bei der Hausziege am Foto handelt es sich um eine Tauernscheckenziege, eine leider hochgefährdeten Gebirgsziegenrasse, die ursprünglich in der Tauernregion gehalten wurde.

That's a cool shadow on the goat's body. The history is also interesting.
