STREET ART #242 – Puerto Ayora does have quite a lot of street art

This week I will continue with street art from Puerto Ayora on the island Santa Cruz, Galápagos. It's such a small town that I think I walked almost all the streets during my five days stay.

This is a long wall which depicts native wildlife on the islands. All of them are well-known. Visiting the islands, you are almost certain to see all of them. Especially the marine iguana. I couldn't count all that I saw. I think it must have been at least a hundred...

The artist behind these two is Andersson.surfsk.888. I checked on Instagram. It seems he is a surf instructor in addition to painting. The bird is a Fregate bird, well-known on the islands. They do fly high and sometimes they will harass other small birds, so that they will drop the snack in the beak. Then the fregate bird will catch it in the air...

Again, the wildlife on the islands are depicted on a very long wall. The signature of the artist is Soa-Gps. I have tried to google, but didn't find any information.
It was great to make all of these finds in this small town. All of them were discovered when I walked the streets to and from the hotel or to the shops.
