📸 PhotoFeed Contest - Wildlife Photography #155 : The Blue-Footed Booby from Galapagos Islands

Notice the blue feet. Maybe the most famous bird on the islands! I saw this bird on my second day. They are found on all the islands, so this was not the last I saw. It is rather big. Bigger than I had expected. Maybe 70-80 cm. high. It is ofcource the blue feet that are eye-catching, but it is said that its mating dance is very special.....something I didn't see since it was not the season. The Blu-Footed Booby is not unique to the Galapagos Islands. It is found in several places in the Pacific, but this one in the Galapagos is considered a subspecies. This photo is my entry to @photofeed contest https://ecency.com/hive-153349/@photofeed/photofeed-contest-wildlife-photography-round-155

Am not sure this bird is common. I mean I don't think I have seen it before, or even if I have, I can't easily recognise that.
