The woman seems to be admiring this huge monment. It is the Padro dos Descobrimentos / Monumnet of Discoveries in Lisbon. Located on the bank of Tagus River. The monument is paying tribute to the golden age of Portuguise explores in the 15th and 16th century. The place ehere the monument is located, is acturally where the ships deported from when they set out to explore the world.
