PhotoFeed Contest - Landscape Photography : Sunset by the lake
This sunset photo with «dead» trees in the foreground was taken in Carhue, Argentina. The lake is Lagoa Epécuen. Only 6 kilometers from here the small town Villa Epécun was flooded in 1985. The water rose an left the town under 10 meters of water for 25 years. Parts of Carhue was also flooded. Thats why the trees look «dead». This salty water in the lake gas 10 times the salt than the ocean. The water has receded where we are standing.
