📸 PhotoFeed Contest - Cityscape Photography #156 : Colonial charm in Cartagena, Colombia

Cartagena de Indias is located by the Caribbean Sea in Colombia. Cartagena's Old Town is a Unesco World Heritage site. The Old Town is situated within a 13 kilometer stone wall. Within these wall there are lots of beautiful plazas, well-preserved colonial house, churces, monasteries etc. You don't need a map while walking around. You won't get lost! The photo shows the Convento & Iglesia de San Pedro Claver. It was founded in the beginning of the 17th century by the Jesuits. Originally it had another name, but it was changed in order to honor a Spanish monk who once lived here.
