The Little Reader πŸ“– A Journey Through Pages and Images

Today I want to share with you something very special: some photographs that I captured of a very peculiar model. This model is not a person or a spectacular landscape, it is something much smaller but full of meaning. It is a small wooden doll that my sister gave me. Why a wooden doll, you ask? Well, it turns out that I am an avid reader, I devour books as if they were the air I breathe, and my sister, aware of my passion, decided to give me this little reader. This doll has a book in his hands and is always immersed in reading, like myself when I am absorbed in the pages of a good book. But beyond simply being a representation of a person reading, this photograph captures the very essence of what it means to me to immerse myself in reading.

When I open a book that I am passionate about, I feel as if the world is fading around me and everything is left in black and white, while the words come to life and color. My interests lean toward philosophy, analysis, and encyclopedias, and it is in those pages where I find true richness. Therefore, when editing these photographs, I decided to do without filters that could distort reality. Instead, I enhanced natural colors, focusing on warm tones such as yellow, beige, chestnut, brown, and orange. These colors represent for me the joy and vitality that I find in the world of reading.

I hope these photographs convey the same emotion and passion that I feel every time I open a book. Because for me, reading is not just a hobby, it is an inexhaustible source of knowledge, inspiration and color in a world that sometimes seems too gray.

Thank you for joining me on this journey full of letters and colors!
