My daughter is starting her photography career
So proud of her
My daughter is graduating high school in a few weeks and she will be getting ready to start college soon. She is planning on going to school to study photography and video, much like I did.
Right now, we are working on rebranding my professional photography website to include her on there as well. She needed some headshots for the "About Me" page, so I set up my studio lights and took some shots of her.
Next week is her spring break from school and we have a few shoots planned already. She is way better at interacting with clients during shoots than I am, so it will be cool to team up with her during family portrait sessions. Her style is pretty similar to mine, but she still has her own unique style as well. So it will be super cool to see how these sessions turn out.
Once she is done with high school, she is planning on getting active here on Hive and sharing her work as well. She took some pretty cool headshots of me, but I will let her share those when she is ready. She is going to have a really great photography career and I can't wait to see where it takes her. I have been all over the world with photography and she is excited to begin her journey.
Congrats to her for knowing what she wants to do. You all will be a great team!

I love this idea, man. I'm sure he'll follow in your footsteps and become a great photographer. I think there's a huge advantage to starting this kind of work at an early age. I've seen a few of your posts on Hive and the photos are really good. I wish her the best of luck both at Hive and at university.
She has been photographing and taking videos for years now. It will be really cool to see where she will be in another five years or so. College really pushed me as a photographer and she is going to do great.

Wow man, I think it's a great career and the best thing is that he has his father who is an exceptional photographer. I think photography is amazing and everyone should know at least a little bit about it, even more so in these technologically advanced times, we all love to share photos, so what better way to do it than at the best level?
