Haunted Pride

One of the coolest parts of the Pride Parade was when the Fear Factory cast walked past. Feat Factory is a haunted house in Salt Lake City.
The Fear Factory haunted house is an old cement factory from the 1800s. There have been 11 confirmed deaths in the factory and probably so many more. Here is an excerpt from the Fear Factory website:
George Howe, charged with the maintenance of the coal crusher, was one such worker. One evening, George was alone in the factory oiling the crusher before shutting it down for the night. As he reached across to apply oil deep within the crusher, the machine grabbed his sleeve and began slowly pulling him into its gears. George’s arm was first removed from the socket, then snapped and ripped from his body. Unable to free himself, the man was slowly, but consciously, pulled into the crusher. The roaring machinery and the solid factory walls silenced his cries. George Howe’s entire body was eventually twisted into the gears before being spit out as nothing more than a torn and mutilated collection of bloody flesh. Other deaths include falling into boiling vats, additional grindings, death by suicide via the train, dismemberment, and many others.source
It is a pretty cool haunted house, and the fact that it is haunted for real makes it even spookier to walk through. The haunted house experience is pretty crazy as you wind through the tunnels, up the old stairs and basically all over the entire factory.
One thing that I love about the haunted houses here in Utah is that they really put a lot of work in their costumes. There are so many people that work at the haunted houses during the Halloween season and it is crazy to think of how much work goes into putting the makeup and prosthetics on them.
I hope that you enjoyed these photos and appreciate the talent that it took to create these spooky costumes. Thanks for stopping by and checking it out.

You are welcome 😊 they are, me too 😎
Great photos!
Thank you.
Aww man, that's sick! Great photos and great subjects. The feckin' Devils Rejects walking down the street haha
That's a chilling tale there dude, the poor guy. Have you ever done any kind of over night tour of the factory? Are you supersticious, or do you not believe in ghosts?
There's a place here in my home town called The Old Gaol, (The Old Jail) and it was a huge prison in the day, especially in the famine times where people would purposefully get themselves jailed so they could eat, but the conditions were disgusting, and the prisoners were subjected to all sorts.
A bunch of rebel leaders were imprisoned there and one of the jailors was a 6ft something guy, nicknamed The Walking Gallows, he'd tie a noose around peoples necks and walk them through the yard throttling them for fun.
Place is a haunted hotspot, in fairness the entire area around it is. My grandparents owned the old bnb across the road from it and it was a bit weird too. Back in the day people would pay to view the hangings from the top floor.
That's wild man. I haven't done any tour of the place outside of the normal haunted house experience. I think ghost hunters have done something there though. Here is a tour of the place I found on YouTube.
In wondering what the haunted house is going to look like. Well, this looks so beautiful. The paintings speak a lot about art. I so much love those paintings
Fucken sexual diviants
can you see the sadness behind the smile of some of these people?
These look really impressive. I would be really scared if I saw one of these people in front of me one night and that's the point haha. Very nice shots man!
You captured some awesome shots at this event, and it's super cool how many people were happy to be photographed and made faces for the camera and what not. It's almost impossible to pick favorites out of this shoot because they're all so cool. Nicely done bro.
Thanks man. It really was a cool event. Hopefully my wife and I are able to make it to some haunted houses this Halloween season as well. They are always done so well here.
Glad to see everyone enjoying alot. Such events must happen as we see all the people are having a lot of fun interacting with each other and doing what a person wants to do in the same way and time. Going very well.
Awesome shots and that is one place worth a visit!
