Dusty and Harley arent fans of the snow
I recently shared a post about our husky Titus and how he loves all the snow that we have been getting. Well, Dusty and Harley are not enjoying the snow like Titus does.
Dusty is always trying to have us let him outside to play, but it has been too cold and snowy and we knew he wouldn't like it. But I was getting sick of him trying to sneak out or his crying at the door, so I decided to let our daughter take him outside and I was going to get some shots of him playing. Well, he did not play out there at all and once we set him down, all he wanted was for us to pick him up and get him out of the snow.
When we finally picked him up and brought him in, his belly and legs were covered in snow and he was more than ready to get inside where it was warm. Ever since he was let out in the snow, he has not tried to get outside again, so I guess he learned his lesson. I am sure he will forget how much he dislikes the snow in a few weeks and I will have to remind him.
Harley is not a fan of the snow either and does not like being outside for very long. He used to be a lot fatter, but we recently switched his food up and he has been losing some weight, which probably makes him cold. It's been nice that he gets cold at night because he has been jumping up on our bed and snuggling under the blankets with us.
So it seems that Titus is the only pet we have that actually likes this weather we have been having. He loves to spend most of his time just laying out in the snow and relaxing. All the other pets prefer to lay in front of the fireplace and stay warm.

Not a fan of the snow either, lol. I am real glad I am in the Florida Keys while Oregon has been getting some crap weather, lol. But not for a good reason, that's a whole other thing.
Enjoy that Florida winter weather. I was there in January one year and it was so hot, lol. I think it was in single digits here when I went to Florida for a convention and I was sweating the entire time there.
Yeah I got to Miami wearing a hoodie and sweats, lol.
I haven't seen your precious pets Dusty and Harley for a long time, they are beautiful, but apparently they don't like the snow, I can see it in their eyes.

These are all our pets. We have five cats and two dogs. They are a lot, but they are all super cool.
I like dogs but I like cats more.
The cats are fluffy. I let my daughter see the pictures of the cat, she said it's adorable. ☺️

Maybe the other animals were jealous of Titus, but it shouldn't be too hard to understand that snow is not for them haha. Especially Dusty, I think that's exactly why, cats are a bit jealous haha.
Last year was his first snow and he didn't like it then either. He just needed a reminder of why he stays inside during winter.
Your photographs are very good, i'm in lov. I think I can relate to Dusty and Harley, although I haven't been in the snow, the excessive cold would make me want to run away to somewhere warm and safe hahaha! :D

How cute they look, the cat is gorgeous, that contrast of his turquoise eyes and that fur is great. Nothing to do, unless they adapt in time to the snow.
