Honey Photography Exhibition

Welcome back to my blog. Today I bring you with me to discover a really interesting photographic exhibition that was held in September.
This month it is very important for beekeeping, because in Italy numerous competitions are held in Italy that aim to reward the quality honey that have been produced during the year.

Bentornati sul mio Blog. Oggi vi porto con me a scoprire una mostra fotografica davvero interessante che si è tenuta a settembre.
Questo mese è molto importante per l’apicoltura, perché in Italia si svolgono numerosi concorsi che hanno lo scopo di premiare i mieli di qualità che si sono prodotti nel corso dell’anno.
One of the most important competitions is that of Castel San Pietro Terme, a small town in the countryside in the province of Bologna, Emilia-Romagna.
This competition is called "Three Gold Drops" and beekeepers can be rewarded with a drop, two drops or three drops depending on the quality of their honey.
Uno dei concorsi più importanti è quello di Castel San Pietro Terme, un piccolo comune di collina nella provincia di Bologna, Emilia-Romagna.
Questo concorso si chiama “Tre Gocce d’Oro” e gli apicoltori possono essere premiati con una goccia, due gocce o tre gocce a seconda della qualità del loro miele.
I try to always participate in this event because it is a unique opportunity to taste excellent quality honey.
In addition, during the fair, a beautiful photographic exhibition is also organized on the theme of bees and honey. The winners are rewarded with a rich prize of local delights.
Quando posso, cerco di partecipare sempre a questo evento perché è un’occasione unica per assaggiare miele di ottima qualità.
Inoltre, durante la fiera, viene anche organizzata una bellissima mostra fotografica sul tema delle api e del miele. I vincitori sono ricompensati con un ricco premio di delizie del territorio.

This year's photographic competition wanted to make us reflect on the climate change that damage the beekeeping and bees’ health. Year after year, those who work in this sector are increasingly threatened by dangers that come from pollution and drought.

Bees are very important for the ecosystem, and it's great that there's an exhibition about them. The photos are impressive, highlighting the work of these animals and their beauty. Also, I didn't know there was a honey contest this season. These products must be very nutritious and tasty.
