Churches of Iceland - Red and White Second One
My Travel Photography
Lonely red and white church, North of Iceland
I have no doubt that many of the churches from Iceland, whose photos I will post in next few days, have a name. At least in my country, even though I am completely religiously ignorant, I noticed that every church is dedicated to a saint. Many have added the names of those who built them or the names of the geographical locations where they are located.
However, I don't know the names of the churches in Iceland, unless they are very well-known tourist destinations. This particular church is located somewhere in the north of the country, at least judging by the photos that were taken at a similar time. It is very likely that this is a family church, of which there are dozens if not hundreds throughout Iceland.
If you know the exact location and some other interesting information about this church, please write it in the comments. It would be interesting to learn something new.

Hello.
Interesting color contrasts.
We haven't been to Iceland with ATW yet, so it's a premium invitation :-).
It's a shame that you don't have at least the location coordinates (some cameras can do that).

(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoAs for the location, when you go to Iceland (and believe me, every photographer should go there at least once), you will see that as far as these red and white churches are concerned - it doesn't matter :) There are dozens, maybe even hundreds of them. Every village, every farm has one :)
:-)
Good. The northern part of the island will have to be enough for us as a location :-)
