But somehow we managed to get together in our favorite beer hall and brewery Dogma. We spent a pleasant evening with several traditional and a few new beers.

The beer with which I opened the meeting is new to me, although it has been on offer for some time: Albino is excellent, described as a confusing mixture of IPA White/Wheat beer. It is somewhat reminiscent of Belgian Wit, but has a more than recognizable aroma and bitterness of Indian Pale Ale. Called simply White IPA, this beer is a complete surprise to me and I really don't know why I avoided it for so long.

While we were waiting for the burgers, I remembered the beer I enjoyed drinking that summer when I was taking cycling brakes: Ayahuasca is Jungle Ale, an ale to which the fruit of the plant of the same name from South America has been added. Pleasantly bitter with a distinct aroma of orange, and deep red color, this beer was a complete refreshment in the summer months. Unfortunately, something did not fit in with the previous IPA, probably because its bitterness is still quite hidden by the fruit aroma. Better for hot summer days...

That's why, with a burger, I decided to continue the evening on familiar ground: Hoptopod is the most famous beer of the Dogma brewery and I often meet it all over Europe in pubs and bars. Hoptopod is a premium IPA made according to an American recipe without the slightest compromise in quality. The very bitter recipe is enriched with tropical aromas and a hop finish that guarantees complete enjoyment. I could drink this beer all day long.

Have you tried any of these beers? What do you think about them? In my opinion, Hooptopod is the world's top beer that would not be ashamed of any beer room in the world. Albino is a great surprise that I would also recommend to everyone, while still a great Ayahuasca, it is more suited for hot summer days than cool autumn evenings.
