Dampa: Ideal Place to Dine for Any Occasion

As the saying goes"The only way to win a man's heart is true his stomach " and "The angry man is the hungry man", food must be the first consideration every time I asked a favor from my husband. I always kept these two quotes in my mind every time I requested him to accompany me on my trip, especially in going to school on Saturday and Sunday. When we're together I always asked him if he is ok or if he is hungry or not. This is to ensure that he is always in a good mood when we're together since I already noticed that if he is hungry, he easily got mad. I don't want to ruin our day so I made sure that his stomach is full. So last Sunday we went again to school in preparation for the coming Recognition Day. While heading home, we felt a little bit hungry and thirsty until we came across this familiar restaurant. Many of my colleagues and friends already had an experience dining at this restaurant and they were satisfied. For curiosity's sake, we tried to get inside and look for something they can offer for a snack. Before telling you what we ordered come with me and let's take you to the whole venue.

The Location and It's Interior

Dampa is located at Lapaz, Bogo City Cebu. When going to the city it is located on your right side and when you are from the city it's found on your left side. It's along the road and easy to locate. Its structural design was made of native materials such as bamboo and nipa. It's so relaxing and feeling at home when you are inside because it is just like a home. It is decorated and planted with so many plants hanging and potted. A little fishpond with so many decorative fish is so quite wonderful and entertaining. The smiling and courteous crew make you feel fine and better.

The Menu

Dampa offered various types of dishes. They have meat cookery, kinds of seafood, vegetables, poultry, game dishes, soup, and a lot more. These can be cooked in various ways as you ordered. It could be drilled, stewed, fried, or as any cooking method. They also offered various snack items like pizza and shawarma. For drinks or beverages, you may order shake in various flavor, fraps milk tea,halo2 juice, and a lot more.

Our Orders

Since we are in a hurry and were not planning to take our dinner, we just ordered pizza and cold drinks from Pepsi products. But wait omg, I forget that my hubby is not allowed to drink soft drinks. But a little he sips, just to satisfy his thirst. We couldn't finish eating the whole pizza. So we took it out. It's satisfying and had a good time there! On our next visit, we would love to taste their various dishes if they can pass my standard taste. So my dear hive friends keep posted on my next blog.
