Dark Angel Concept to Reality

So about 2 months ago I purchased a pair of black Angel wings. I had these wings on my 2024 photography goal list!

I did a previous test shoot with a friend and this photo session was the real thing! The true artwork of my photography skills.

My model in this shoot is Ally. I have worked with her a few times before and have gotten her published in 2 magazines.

I was most definitely trying to go for the whimsical fantasy look in these. The above photo, I actually shot this one from under a bridge to get the perfect angle.

There were so many old trees in the forest and so many of them have fallen down!

This also leads to the age old question: If a tree falls down and no one is around, does it still make a sound?

I had actually bought this lantern to use for another photoshoot but ended up not using it then. It worked out great for this one. I buy way too many props.

THE LAKE ONES

The weather was fantastic. It was great for creating a moody effect of these photos and the lighting was perfect. This lake was / is ancient Native Indigenous American land and there is a story about this lake that will give most people chills.

In the late 1800s there was man who took a little girl out to this lake and held her underwater until she was lifeless. He wore all white. It is said that if you come out here during the breaking of dawn you can see his figure floating on the water.

Others have reported, while swimming in this lake, a force is pushing you down as if it's trying to drown you.

Florida's waters are also notorious for alligators and there are some in this particular body of water. Would you have gone in it?
