Hola hola amigos de hive, espero como siempre se encuentren muy bien y que Dios les permita recibir muchas bendiciones en su camino por la vida.

Hoy vengo a contarles sobre mi renuncia a mi trabajo, estuve trabajando casi dos años para una agencia de turismo, allí tengo un cargo de coordinador de administración, me gusta muchísimo mi trabajo, he aportado bastante de mi conocimiento a la empresa y también he prendido de este negocio en el cual nunca había trabajado antes.

Me gusta el ambiente y mis compañeros los muchos que han pasado por ahí han sido muy buenos, la mayoría mucho más jóvenes que yo, pero la empresa tiene una gran rotación de personal debido a los pocos beneficios que otorgan, en los casi dos años que estuve allí hubo un solo ajuste y poco significativo, lo que llevo a buscar otros horizontes siempre pensando en mi futuro y el de mi familia.
Esta semana por fin me salió la oportunidad de irme a algo mucho más beneficioso para mi.
Así que abordé a mi jefa y le dije que iba a renunciar por que me salió una mejor oportunidad con muy buenos beneficios y que trabajaría nada más una semana de preaviso (cosa que no es obligatoria en nuestro país) pero negocié mi entrada en la otra empresa para poder entregar todo con tiempo.
Ella se quedó viéndome impactada, mientra entre sollozos yo trataba de explicarle por que me voy.

La verdad después de este tiempo le tome cariño a ella, más que una jefa la considero una amiga, pero en la vida se debe buscar el crecimiento personal, profesional y económico, y estos cambios son necesarios para ello.

Me costó mucho tiempo conseguir un empleo con buen sueldo y buenos beneficios, espero tener las estabilidad necesaria para quedarme por bastante tiempo.

I like the environment and my colleagues, the many who have passed through there have been very good, most of them much younger than me, but the company has a high turnover of staff due to the few benefits they provide, in the almost two years I was there there was only one adjustment and not very significant, which led me to seek other horizons always thinking about my future and that of my family.
This week I finally got the opportunity to go to something much more beneficial for me.
So I approached my boss and told her that I was going to resign because I had a better opportunity with very good benefits and that I would only work a week's notice (which is not mandatory in our country) but I negotiated my entrance in the other company to be able to deliver everything in time.
She looked at me in shock, while I was sobbing and trying to explain to her why I was leaving.

The truth is that after this time I have grown fond of her, I consider her a friend more than a boss, but in life one must seek personal, professional and economic growth, and these changes are necessary for that.

It took me a long time to get a job with a good salary and good benefits, I hope to have the stability to stay for a long time.
