Iron dog

Chau.
This object is one of the most precious pieces I have. It is a gift from a Cuban artist. In this sculpture anyone sees a rusty iron ball, but for me, without a doubt, it has a soul. The expression it conveys without even having facial features is incredible. It fills me with tenderness just by looking at it and I can easily imagine its personality.
I don't know if the same thing will happen to you, that's why I took pictures from several angles so you can connect with the three-dimensionality of this rustic, worn and full of life piece.
Bye

Where are his eyes?
Where is his nose?
I hate the art that the aristocrats have created and made fashionable in the name of minimalism,
like the art of Henry Moore.
Art means perfect essence.
Art means a branch of a tree that has no flaws.
All the “ism” styles are the result of aristocratic socializing,
and for me, they are not acceptable.
If it is minimalism, it must encompass all aspects of personality.
Art must be perfect to carry the name of art and to be something to behold.
This is my opinion.
Since you are talking about aristocracy, it is worth mentioning that since ancient times, along with the nobility, they have been in charge of financing, collecting and promoting art with purely aesthetic objectives. Then religious and political.
Today this is no longer necessary and the concepts of art are very varied and subjective, which is why I respect your point.
However, I feel a bit of contradiction in your words, assuming art as the great aristocrats of classism did, full of perfectionism.
Luckily for many these concepts have changed as man has evolved, in the end it is a result of himself.
Therefore, expression, experiences and communication with the viewer, who can be from any social sphere, are valued.
Although if some of its laws are put into practice, I don't think it is minimalism, I consider it too rustic and inerent to its own nature.
Thanks for commenting, I love debating and meeting people.🙏🏻❤️
Another thing, I think that sharing is what moves human beings. If you need it to have eyes and a nose to know that it is a small and cute puppy, my words can be the guide to a new image in your head. ❤️😉
May you enjoy it.
