Adeline (part 2) - Infrared Photography on Hive
Hello Hive world,
From April to October, infrared photography in on my mind.
Of course, you can do IR caption during Fall or Winter, but the lack of foliage restrain me from taking pictures.
This year, the weather is really poor but I always manage to make nice photoshootings when the sun is out.
I got in touch with Adeline during spring : she's new in town and she's opening a dance studio. Location will be ready in september and she's really looking forward to it.
Adeline is a professional modern-jazz dancer and a certified teacher. As she needed brand new and original visual content for communication on centralized social medias, we discussed about a photoshooting. She absolutely wanted to show something really different from other dance teachers, that's why she was very attracted by IR photography.
Infrared shots created in real time, captured to the camera in single photographic frames. SOOC
No layers /no Photoshop / no editing exept minor adjustments and addition of my logo.

Infrared photography really does bring such a unique atmosphere to portraits and creative projects. I love how you connected it with Adeline’s vision; opening a dance studio and wanting something truly different for her visuals makes IR such a perfect choice. Even with the poor weather, it’s inspiring that you still manage to capture those special shots when the sun is out. This collaboration sounds like it will produce something both artistic and memorable! 😍
Your point is very interesting as 99% of the IR photographers take landscape and architecture pictures. I never understood why, as human being is the best subject ever for me.
Adeline shows strength and determination, despite her young age. We plan on pursuing the collaboration when she's be a bit less busy.
