My Actifit RC: Feb 20th 23 - I Am Alive Challenge - A busy Monday with my son - IAAC #285

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

On the day before Carnival, the sun dominated the sky.

Had breakfast with my son Gaetano I went down with him to go to the dentist who visited me and postponed the filling for a week. What a pain because this was my last visit and now I have to wait another seven days to take my leave of him.

After that, we went to the supermarket to get groceries, and we had to go get some therapy.

After lunch, Gaetano left with his grandmother to go to a carnival party.

In the evening a beautiful sunset announced us I’ll return of the anticyclonic domain and the postponement of the autumn maneuvers. The forecast is for a return of the cold soon that could give us some nice surprise if today’s maps are confirmed.

In the evening I went down to reach my 10k daily steps. For me it is important to continue to have a regularity in physical activity.

And with this selfie alive, at the last moment, I celebrate my iamalivechallenge 285.
