Special coffee drink with whipped cream

This week was very busy and full of many occupations and well as you can see the days go by very fast and we are about to finish a month, therefore we have to enjoy it to the fullest and that's why at home yesterday we were encouraged to prepare a very special drink that we saw thanks to social networks. A drink that is characterized by having coffee, chocolate and whipped cream, however, in order to assemble a cup with this great drink we had to go to the supermarket and thus be able to buy the different ingredients needed to make it and recreate the best version of this drink very rich in energy.

The idea of making this drink was my mother's and that way we could spend a great family moment and have a different drink, taking advantage that it was the weekend, therefore, we got down to work following each of the respective steps that the recipe said, we also complied with the exact measurements so that it would look good. I was in charge of taking each one of the photos of the procedure and after I took the drink, it would have been perfect to make a video and thus be able to give a little more excitement to that coffee drink, no doubt I tell you that it was very rich and perfect for any occasion that you want something rich and innovative.

The first thing to do was to make the coffee in the traditional way, this time we made a thermos a little full just in case and also so that it would be ready for the night, once that was ready we prepared some coffee with milk and you can see that it was a little pure, but that was the idea, so that it would have more black coffee flavor, however, I tell you that it has to be a little cold so that it is easier to color the cream. The cream was whipped cream and it was prepared separately in a container. I don't know how she made it, since my mom was in charge. Once it was ready, we put it on top of the coffee and that way we could fill the cup a little and, lastly, we melted chocolate and added it on top. It sounds very easy, but once you start making it you will last a few minutes.

Everything was very nice, the only bad thing is that the cream began to melt and the decoration was lost and in my case I beat everything and that's how I drank it. It is fascinating how the coffee takes another flavor and the texture it takes was somewhat thick because of the cream itself, so it is a very heavy drink and at the same time very sweet because of the chocolate. It had been a long time since I had had one of these drinks and even more so to be able to make it at home with the help of everyone and in that way to spend a great family moment, since we gave it a great touch and everyone managed to have a good cup of coffee with whipped cream.

We still have to improve this recipe a bit and perfect some details regarding the presentation and the cream texture for the next time we make it at home, but the fun and the incredible thing about this recipe is that it gives another use to coffee and in this way we can make great drinks and very tasty snacks.
