Coffee and cake with Friends

After a few weeks of study, work, exams and having to move every day for the university, finally all that stress is over and for now we have a short vacation to continue with the studies, so I have to take every day to go out and share with my friends and the good thing is that many of them are coffee lovers and are always doing any meeting to have a good time. This weekend in the afternoon I received an invitation, which made me very excited, since it is a way to see my friends outside the university and that way I could get to know them a little more.

A meeting that was to spend a different time and enjoy a good coffee with milk, since many friends had other occupations to do and so I had to make this meeting fast, we went to one of the cafes that are in the center of the city, since many is easier to reach in terms of transportation and thus to be all together, as we always see each other, but not for a coffee and know that coffee is the best option to talk and have a great time.

It was a fairly large group and luckily the cafeteria was a little empty and allowed us to be comfortable, gather the tables and thus to be able to be in a group, many took the idea of coffee with some candy, others only sweets and other just a coffee, so each one asked what he liked to consume in that opportunity, but with the idea of being able to take it all and have a good time. The prices in that coffee shop are quite affordable and range from $ 1 to $ 5 depending on the coffee you choose, no doubt for this time I chose a traditional coffee with milk and many of my friends also did it for being very rich and good size for that small meeting.

The coffees were arriving to the table little by little, since there were several and the good thing is that they were the same, a latte that was just right and every sip of that coffee was wonderful, as it also had its respective decoration on the top in the foam that can not miss. What was new and called my attention is that they put some kind of whipped cream in a small glass cup, to add it on top of the coffee, something that was new and I assure you that it gives a special touch, this has an additional cost, but it is worth it and it is very tasty.

Everything was very good, it was also very exciting to hear the opinion of all the friends who were there enjoying that great coffee, we talked about other topics that were not related to the university and to take advantage of this great moment that the cafeteria was giving us. In addition, one of my friends ordered a small dessert to share, which was a large portion of a chocolate cake, which was somewhat small and so they placed some forks to the side and that way we could enjoy a piece.

The cake was very rich, spongy, filled with lots of chocolate and I was very satisfied with just one piece of the cake, also if you combine it with coffee with milk, it created the best combination and I did not expect this great purchase from my friend and he surprised the whole group. The cake didn't last long because it was for everyone, but I still managed to taste it and see the great quality that they offer in that place.

It is fascinating to be able to spend time with friends in another type of environment, since moments like that are unique and will always be remembered, besides it was a meeting that had been planned for a long time and the important thing is that everyone enjoyed a good coffee with milk accompanied by that slice of chocolate cake and once again I was happy for that great coffee shop in my city.
