That's my favorite, a man (or woman) trying to fight against the force of nature! The snow dominating everything
And yea here too snow has become rare, when I was kid there was once ever 2/3 years, now last snow was like 7 years ago

You're right, besides, snowy photos are not really colorful as most of the time the weather is overcast, so no blue sky, so making them black and white is the best option. And it's an old lady by the way :)
We had snow each year, but sometimes it lasts for 6 - 8 hours, not more and it's just slush. It's disappointing.
