Wrapping Up Forum

DSC09911.jpeg

Another hike completed, another one for the “record books”. Took about two and a half hours round rip to Forum Falls and back. I would rate it as about a 6/10. Good hike, worthwhile, but wouldn’t go out of my way to do it again. Like I mentioned before, this was my second hike of the day. Generally, I will do only one hike per day, but this was sort of an exception, as both hikes were nearly side by side or about 5 kilometres apart trailhead-wise. Full day of hiking complete, not sure if I’ll ever do two in one day again (but I probably will..). Thanks for stopping by.

Quite long for a low rate one! But you couldn't know in advance

Why do you think you'll not do this hike again? Is it that it was too much of a walk, or the views were not as good, or a problem with the elevation?

I would do it again, however, would likely wait a few years before doing again. Just so many other places to try for the first time.

What a beautiful trail, although by the end you must have been exhausted! I love the shot of the butterfly on the thistle flower. Such a pretty site, well done. Glad I introduced you to southern Utah, I hope you get a chance to come down and explore it. I recall even Ozzy Osbourne stated that it was his favorite state to drive through for the scenery!

Awesome hike, if you make a return trip I'm sure things will be slightly different. They always are! Are you heading out this coming weekend?

Ozzie approved sightseeing! Nothing special planned till June at this point, only neighborhood walks for now.

That 6/10 rating says it all, just shy of a gem.

Worth doing for sure, just not the most spectacular I've done.
