Vancouver Island
Here we are on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Got a couple of quick pics from both East coast and West coast. One of the best vacations / adventures in recent memory. Mostly we did touristy things like visit beaches, and visit different attractions. Only did a few actual hikes on this one. An easy and relaxed vacation it was. The first pic was taken at Long Beach in Tofino, it very much reminded me of Hawaii, but a little cooler with littler waves. Tons of people out surfing! Many, many more pics to come. Awesome! I still need to make it to Canada, so much to see there. The closest I ever got was 6 feet away haha. I was in the town of Lynden (45 miles from Vancouver), and was on a street where the border is a ditch. I could have jumped the ditch to land in Cananda but a Border portrol person was watching my friends and I. This was 4 summers ago I think, when Covid was still making travel a bit more difficult. I would love to go to Banff, Vancouver Island, and so many other places.
