Trail Cuteness

DSC09663.jpeg

Going for a decent hike is always fun and exciting, with plenty of nature’s highlights to observe and to admire along the way. Sometimes you even come across something unexpectedly cute, like this rock with an image of a horse, wedged between these trunks. Likely some kid decided this would be a nifty thing to do, and it most certainly was! Have you found any cute things while on the hiking trail lately? Do let us know in the comments below. Thanks for stopping by.

A little of this and a little of that on that trail. A fun one.

What an amazing discovery, it really does look like a horse's head. The person who drew it must be very skilled.

Yes, a cute picture drawn on that stone. I was surprised to discover it!

Hiking is always full of little surprises, like finding a rock painted with a horse—it makes the walk even more fun.

That was a cute drawing someone left wedged between the tree trunks! Hopefully it won't weather off too fast, it's a great looking rock. I like that twisty tree as well, kind of funky. It really is interesting how trees can grow like that, but I guess they adapt to the environment as do as well as they can.

What kind of weed was that you found there just out of curiosity? Great pictures, over the years I've usually found more garbage that cute items along the way. Sad how many people are lazy and litter in the forests...

Good question about the weed, not sure.

Generally our trails tend to be free of litter for the most part, closer to the city though, that all changes.
