Tariff Free Kootenay

DSC09628.jpeg

A couple more photos from our short excursion out to the Kootenay river, which flows southward through British Columbia, and eventually into the US. The river itself is rather unique, as it originates in Canada, runs southward into the states, then re-enters Canada once again, and eventually joins the Columbia river. No passport required or tariff to pay!! If only it was that easy for everyone else! Thanks for stopping by.

The river is truly unique. After traveling to the US, then returning to Canada and joining the Columbia, it is a rare opportunity for other rivers.

I like to stay there and watch the river streams pass by... Well maybe soon there will be ICE patrols on a side 🤣
