Sunday Stamps ~ “Christmas”
(Edited)
Sunday “Christmas” stamps, brought to you by Canadian school children, from the early 1970’s. Thought we would deviate from the usual Nature posts for today. Now our kids aren’t always the best artists, but this definitely does add a cuteness factor to these Christmas stamps! The first stamp depicts baby Jesus lying in a manger. The second stamp depicts a snowmobiler transporting a soon to be Christmas tree. The third is a present, and the fourth, a Christmas tree forest. Which is your favourite? Thanks for stopping by.

Snowmobile is hilarious xD
I love it because it could be anything!
I'm sure that kid thought it was perfect!
It got him a damn stamp, so I guess it was!
You sure that's not a bear claw with only two nails and a green wristband because he's about to go play some tennis? ;)
Now that you mention it..
All is well and good. Greetings for today and All the best to you.
All the best, thanks.
I prefer the fourth one. I felt that the colored dots are intricate and takes quite the time to complete. They're all beautiful anyways
You are right, beautiful in their own ways. My fav is the present.
Nice to see part of your stamp collections.
When Canada issued the first Christmas stamp?
December 7th 1898!!
Nice stamps! Perfect time for the holiday season. Those are some older ones, they did a really nice job on them though. Great collection! I tried collecting them as a kid but there were just so many so I stuck to coins instead!
Wish I would have started collecting coins too when I was a kid. Actually both would have been perfect. Thanks for looking.
