Seal Bay Nature Park

DSC09299.jpeg

A few more “deep jungle” pics captured on the trail to Seal Bay, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Not exactly a deep jungle I guess, but that is what it seemed like to us landlubbers anyways. The trees here on the island are incredibly tall compared to Rocky Mountain area trees. I wonder why that is? Perhaps due to precipitation levels and soil quality. At times it felt like we were in Jurassic park or something, inevitably waiting for a dinosaur to start chasing us at any moment lol! Thanks for stopping by.

No joke, that seems more jurassic park rather than Canada!

I love the first picture, I took a similar one this summer

Gazing up at such tall trees is a good reminder that we humans aren't that impressively big in the grand scheme of things. I can picture flying dinosaurs roaming above the tall trees :)

Indeed correct, we live in a grand world, us tiny humans. I did see a pterodactyl..just kidding.

The height of the trees and the views look straight out of Jurassic Park.

It looks like a piece of paradise in this picture. It feels so good to see such beautiful nature. The green color has a unique effect on the human mood.
