Rowe Camera Roll

DSC09977.jpeg

Well it’s that time, time to return after hiking to lower Rowe lake. I present to you some random photos taken along the way home. Now after seeing them bears swimming across the lake earlier (and toward the trail), I was just a little apprehensive about the return. Just staying more alert than usual was the idea, with one finger on the bear spray trigger. As it turned out, no sign of any bears, thank goodness. Thanks for stopping by.

I thought I'll see a bear on the photo. Hahaha... I even zoomed in the water. But it's a rock. Lol.

Ohh it's a momma bear and baby bear. That's even more frightening, as the momma bear will surely be protective in her little one.

Interesting the red part of the mountain, I guess there's iron there too

The iron deposits make that beautiful reddish colour. So cool.

A few days ago, I had also visited a place with a similar natural view. I had gone between the mountains. There were mountains on each side and we were wandering on the road in the middle and there was a ravine below. There were much more beautiful natural views and the mind relaxes when visiting such places.

😃🙏 Sometimes you seem like a street photographer trapped on mountain paths and in forests!... What a cryptic and interesting photo!

Such nice scenery on the way back. I love those roots in that funky pattern, that was a cool shot. Interesting streak of iron in the mountain there too, giving it a nice red hues. Gorgeous pines, it must have smelled great. Good thing the bears were nowhere to be seen!

The mountain I still want to see is in the high Andes in Peru, aptly named rainbow mountain for all of the metal deposits it has:
